Warehouse Operative

Job Description Responsibilities Lead and assist warehouse associates with daily assignments and workflow. Help coordinate receiving, picking, packing, shipping, put-away, and inventory activities. Monitor employee productivity, attendance, and work performance. Ensure orders are picked, packed, and prepared accurately and on schedule. Assist with assigning tasks and distributing workload throughout the shift. Train and provide guidance to new and existing warehouse employees. Help maintain accurate inventory and proper product organization. Assist with loading and unloading shipments as needed. Monitor warehouse organization and ensure work areas remain clean and safe. Follow and enforce company safety policies and warehouse procedures. Qualifications 1-2+ years of warehouse/distribution experience preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred. Previous Team Lead, Lead Associate, Supervisor, or senior warehouse experience preferred. Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory.
