Our agency opened in 2018 and has grown into a team of seven who bring energy, professionalism, and strong customer focus to everything we do. I began my journey as an Agent Aspirant, which gave me a deep understanding of what it takes to build and lead a successful office. I’m a graduate of the University of South Alabama, a proud husband and father, and I enjoy golfing whenever I get the chance. I stay active in the community as a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, serve on the Executive Board of the Eastern Shore Chamber, and am a member of the Spanish Fort Daphne Kiwanis Club. ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Randon Carnathan - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS

Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred. Compensation: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents’ employees are not employees of State Farm.
