This role requires strong project management expertise and a solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.Key ResponsibilitiesManage project deliverables, timelines, and governance.Drive performance and engagement across cross-functional teams.Coordinate DC unification/collapse activities and ensure operational readiness during go-live.Communicate effectively with director-level stakeholders and external partners.Experience7–10 years total, including 3–4 years in supply chain or IT and additional 2–5 years in project managementMust understand end-to-end supply chain processes and system conversionsSkillsStrong project management fundamentals (governance, critical path, tools like Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project).Ability to drive performance and value, especially with cross-functional teams under bandwidth constraints.Quick thinker, able to resolve conflicts and communicate complex ideas concisely.Preferred BackgroundSupply chain operations or inventory management experience.Familiarity with ERP conversions and lifecycle processes.SAP S/4HANA experience will be needed for future conversion projects.Compensation: $60/hr to $80/hr.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
