Join Our Team as a Gastroenterologist

We are thrilled to invite a gastroenterologist to join our private physician group located in a stunning coastal area of California. Currently, our team consists of six physicians, and we are looking to expand to eight. This position is ideal for general gastroenterologists seeking a fulfilling opportunity.

Position Highlights:

• The incoming physician will benefit from an immediate patient volume.
• While we have a service agreement with a major healthcare system, our practice remains independent, with options for buy-in available.
• Coverage is shared between an 80-bed hospital and a 40-bed hospital.
• The initial call schedule is 1:5, which is manageable, with plans to adjust to 1:6 or 1:7.
• We offer a competitive compensation package.
• There is an opportunity for partnership with no buy-in required, as well as the chance to invest in an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC).
