Communication Abilities: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients. Sales Acumen: A keen interest in developing skills in sales and client relationship building. Motivation: A self-starter with a positive attitude and the initiative to meet and exceed targets. Customer Service: Ability to understand and address client needs effectively. Adaptability: Willingness to learn about various insurance products and services offered by the company.
