This is a highly active, field-based fiberhood (neighborhood/community) sales role that requires the development of relationships with community leaders and residents. You will work with your team to execute local sales plans and create sales events and activities that complement our overall company efforts and achieve our market penetration objectives./ph3Essential Duties and Responsibilities/h3ulliLead a high-performance direct sales team with a focus on seeking opportunities and driving new sales acquisition./liliIdentify and execute sales activities with your designated team, across both brand activation and sales objectives including blitz events, creating events to engage local residents, and meeting both your individual and team goals./liliEstablish IQ Fiber as the provider/partner of choice for broadband services./liliEstablish relationships with key civic leaders, engaging them on a pro-active and ongoing basis to establish awareness of IQ Fiber and create local leverage for our PR, marketing, and sales objectives./liliMeet or exceed market penetration objectives./liliPerform other duties as assigned./li/ulh3Required Qualifications/h3ulliBachelors degree or equivalent work experience/liliExceptionally strong communication and sales skills/liliExceptionally strong process and project management skills/liliStrong leadership skills to drive initiatives and to manage sales organizations expectations and issues/liliStrong interpersonal skills/liliUnderstanding of sales and sales process management/liliStrong presentation skills/liliExceptional multitasking skills/liliProficiency in Microsoft Office products/liliAbility to pass a drivers license check (no more than two minor infractions in the past two years), ability to pass background check and drug test/li/ulh3The Successful Candidate Will Be Able To Perform The Following With Or Without Reasonable Accommodations:/h3ulliAbility to travel locally/liliAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays/liliAbility to operate a personal computer, and wireless equipment/liliAbility to lift 40 pound or less/liliAbility to drive to various fiberhood locations within the assigned sales territory and sit for extended periods while safely operating a company vehicle/liliAbility to work outdoors for extended periods and perform job duties in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and humidity/li/ulh3What Success Looks Like/h3ulliConsistently hitting individual and team activity goals (canvassing, appointments, event attendance)./liliDrives measurable subscription growth in assigned fiberhoods, meeting or exceeding market penetration targets through disciplined execution of local sales plans and targeted community outreach./liliBuilds strong relationships with community leaders, HOAs, and local influencers, increasing awareness and trust in IQ Fiber and creating local momentum for PR/marketing and sales efforts./liliPlans and executes effective field activations (blitzes, community events, resident engagement activities) that generate qualified leads, improve conversion, and reinforce IQ Fiber as the provider of choice./liliPartners cross-functionally with sales leadership, marketing, engineering, and operations to remove customer journey friction and ensure a smooth, timely onboarding experience from sale through install./li/ulh3Other Duties/h3pPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
