Senior Copywriter

Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Copywriter to join our strong and growing team. If you have experience with healthcare advertising, a passion for creativity, and curiosity for why people make the health decisions they do, this may be a role for you. You will report to the Creative Director, Copy, and this opportunity is fully remote and based out of our office in Manhattan.

• Take ownership of your brands and lead the copy development of your assigned work with oversight from an experienced Creative Director.
• Work in partnership with art, strategy, project management, and account leads to create conceptual work, tactics, and other research-based solutions – guiding them from brief through execution.
• Demonstrate creative expertise while executing tactics in print, digital, social, and motion, for both healthcare professionals and consumers.
• Create and execute work for pitches, campaign concepts, and brand planning—presenting your work internally and to clients.
• Present and defend your work internally and to clients and regulatory teams.
• Be a true team player working with colleagues to ensure a collective vision is being brought to life through your words and creative product.

Qualifications

• An experienced creative writer with 4+ years of experience—able to translate complex ideas into impactful messaging and compelling content.
• A storyteller—capable of telling an impactful story through the use of words and images, working hand-in-hand with art partners.
• A true professional—able to receive feedback, consider it thoughtfully, and always execute with a strategy-first approach.
• Naturally curious—a lifelong learner who keeps up with developments in the marketplace, pop culture, trends, technologies, and how they all work together to impact our work.
• A good human—displays class in all you do and is a person with whom others want to work.
• Committed—purposely camera-on whenever possible and intentionally collaborative.

Compensation

$80,000 — $110,000 USD
