- Diagnose, repair, and maintain forklifts and other material handling equipment-electric, LP, gas, and diesel-at customer sites or in the shop
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, brake, steering, and lift systems to manufacturer standards
- Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and failure analysis to catch problems early and keep equipment safe
- Work safely and professionally, documenting repairs, maintaining your service vehicle, and supporting a strong Safety-First culture
- 3+ years of experience repairing forklifts or similar industrial equipment, with strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
- High school diploma or GED; technical or trade school training is a plus
- Ability to read precision instruments and perform basic welding or fabrication when needed
- Valid driver's license, solid communication skills, and pride in delivering great customer service
