About the Position
Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Behavioral Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night shift Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Current RN license Certifications: Required certifications in relevant areas Must-Have Skills/Experience: De-escalation skills Description: We are seeking a Registered Nurse in the specialty of Behavioral Health. This position requires working night shifts from 19:00 to 07:30. The role involves caring for a diverse patient population, including adolescents and adults. The unit has 96 beds across multiple segments, with patient ratios of roughly 1:12 for certain populations and 1:10 for others. Ideal candidates will have experience in behavioral health, including medical or dual diagnosis experience. Familiarity with CIWA and COWS is preferred. The average length of stay for patients is 7-10 days. This role includes participation in on-call duties when necessary.
