Specializing in both Public & Private projects in RI & Boston - including Higher Education, Healthcare, Fitness, Banking, Corporate, Civic, Aviation, Historic preservation, Affordable Housing, and MBTA projects - $3M-$40M Description Location: Between Providence and Boston Hybrid Schedule: Mix of office, work-from-home, and project site Leading key projects from start to finish Monthly cost to complete/project financial projections Overseeing all submittals, RFIs, and change orders Leading key projects from start to finish Completing projects on time and within/under budget Processing/approving project invoices & client requisitions on time Positive client feedback/satisfaction Effectively collaborating & communicating with internal/external parties Profile The ideal Senior Project Manager will have: 7-10 years of project management experience at a General Contractor Previous experience handling project financials Federal/Government project experience Strong & polished written and verbal communication skills Job Offer Upon offer, the Senior Project Manager will receive: Hybrid flexibility - mix between office, site, and work-from-home Strong base salary up to $180K Negotiable performance-based bonus structure!
