Position SummaryAcuren Inspection is now hiring a QHSE Manager to support operations in Washington, PA.RELOCATION ASSISTANCE FOR QUALIFIED APPLICANTS.The QHSE Manager reports to the Regional QHSE Manager and is responsible for the effectiveness and uniformity of departmental operations and is continually responsible to improve the efficiency of their operation. The position will have full responsibility for the departmental operating results.ResponsibilitiesSchedule personnel for all lab and field jobsManager vehicle maintenanceVerify all field equipment is in good working conditionVerify all personnel have required equipment to perform jobsPlacing orders for lab/field supplies such as film, chemicals, KOH, etc.Prepare all service calls for lab and field in a manner that all required information is presentManage vehicle speeding alertsSupervise lab personnel to verify work is being performed per the job requirementsEnforcement of job quotasOrdering temporary labor as needed and approval all times sheets of temp laborLab housekeepingManage all field equipment knowing who has what and where it is.Manage personnel in an effort to achieve a minimum of 90% utilizationWork with other offices regarding labor transfers in and outMake decisions on equipment rentals as needed to fulfill job requirementsAssist Office Manager in retrieving sales orders in a timely mannerWork with Division Manager on training needs of employeesWork with Division Manager to handle client disputesInteract with clients regarding status of parts in-houseUpkeep of all lab techniques electronicallyOther work duties as assigned.
