Capital City Club Bartender PositionFounded in 1883, Capital City Club is one of the oldest private clubs in the South. If this sounds like the right fit for you, apply today!RequirementsMinimum 21 years of age.Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.Can work independently and cohesively with others as part of a team.Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.Have excellent interpersonal skills.Two years of bartending experience requested. Experience in private clubs is a plus.Be detail-oriented.Proficient in the basic point-of-sale system (training available). Experience with NorthStar p.o.s. system is a plus.Ability to stand for long periods of time.A high-energy and fun-loving personality with a positive attitude!Key ResponsibilitiesStocks bar daily and maintain organization/cleanliness. Prepares all mise en place before the bar opening.Prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with accuracy and efficiency, upholding Club standards and adhering to recipes.Works in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.Attends all staff meetings, including pre-shift sessions and training as required.Continually practices beverage and revenue control procedures.Completes other appropriate work assignments as requested by supervisor.Works closely with multiple teams and teammates to fulfill and exceed member expectations.Provides excellent food and beverage service to members and guests, always ensuring satisfaction.Follows daily opening/closing procedures completes daily checklists and executes day-to-day operations relatively independently.Assists fellow team members to provide unique, personalized service that's nowhere else!All job applicants at this company who have been offered employment will need to undergo testing for the presence of illegal drugs as a condition for employment.
