As a Security Officer Patrol Specialist in Atlantic City, NJ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a residential location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. This role offers the chance to provide outstanding customer service and communication while supporting residents and guests. Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report relevant details according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions requiring attention.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, help to deter unauthorized entry, and communicate with property management and/or emergency services when needed.
• Support daily location operations by documenting observations, completing incident reports, and relaying important information during shift changes and/or as directed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
