Treasury Associate

JOB DESCRIPTIONTreasury AssociateFarmer Holding Company is seeking a full-time Treasury Associate to join our Treasury team. This role will be responsible for managing and reconciling various bank accounts, handling positive pay files, recording transactions, and other financial activities within the accounting system.JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIESPerform regular bank reconciliations to ensure that all transactions are accounted for, and discrepancies are resolvedReconcile virtual card transactionsUpload positive pay files for various banksReview and resolve ACH and positive pay exceptions in a timely mannerAccurately record payroll totals within the accounting system, ensuring all entries are correct and up to dateRecord due to/ due from transactions in accounting systemMonitor Monday bank balances and Friday depository bank balancesProcess credit applications with all necessary documentationReview outstanding activity and reportsPerform additional tasks and responsibilities as neededQUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERTISEEducation emphasis in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred or 3+ years of related work experienceProven experience in accounting or related fieldUnderstanding of bank relationships and cash management servicesAbility to use accounting systemAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft products including Excel and OutlookStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyExcellent communication skillsEqual Employment OpportunityFarmer Companies is an equal opportunity employer.
