Schedule: Monday-Friday

BG Staffing is seeking a dependable and skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to support a multifamily community in Santa Ana, CA. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on professional who takes pride in delivering quality work, maintaining apartment homes and community amenities, and providing excellent service to residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance service requests and work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform general maintenance and repairs, including:
  • Basic plumbing repairs and troubleshooting
  • Electrical repairs and diagnostics
  • Appliance maintenance and repair
  • Carpentry, drywall repair, and general building upkeep
• Assist with unit turns, make-readies, and apartment preparations for new residents.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of community grounds, common areas, and amenities.
• Respond to resident maintenance requests with professionalism and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ensure all repairs and maintenance work meet company safety standards and quality expectations.
• Support the onsite team with daily maintenance operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance practices.
• Ability to diagnose issues and complete repairs independently.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality workmanship.
