Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 3 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience.

• Experience with Epic is required.

• Diploma completion required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a North Carolina license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Preferred Skills/Experience:
Pre- and post-procedure experience preferred.

Required Credentials:
Nursing Diploma or ADN or ASN from an accredited school of Nursing.

Preferred Credentials:
BSN or MSN from an accredited school of Nursing.

Unit Details:
The RN serves as a primary or secondary circulator for diagnostic and interventional cardiology and vascular procedures.
The RN administers and monitors moderate sedation.
The RN provides pre- and post-procedure care and recovery, including cardioversions, loop recorders, and radiology procedures.

Shift & Scheduling:
On-call requirements include late call and vascular call; flex-down may occur due to cases.
Weekends are not required.
Holidays are not required.
Flexible contract hours: 48 per week may be considered.

Floating Requirements:
The RN is expected to float between the Cardiac Cath Lab and Cardiovascular Unit.
