Computed Tomography/Radiologic TechnologistThe primary responsibility of the Medical Imager/X-ray/CT is to prep and screen patients appropriately for imaging procedures. Produce diagnostic images of parts of the human body for diagnosing medical problems. Explain and perform radiologic procedures with consideration of the patient's level of understanding and age appropriateness. Assess patient pain by interfering with imaging procedures and make appropriate physician contact for intervention. Perform all aspects of patient care in an environment that optimizes patient safety and reduces the likelihood of medical/healthcare errors.
