Oversee delegated safety and infection control responsibilities to ensure compliance and effectiveness. Audit patient care records to maintain accurate documentation. Engage in professional development by attending workshops and participating in relevant societies. Communicate effectively with healthcare teams to develop and evaluate patient care plans. Prepare rooms and ensure all instruments and supplies are sterile and ready for procedures. Handle emergency situations with appropriate interventions. Adhere to regulatory policies, ensuring patient identification verification and compliance with safety protocols. Maintain confidentiality and privacy in accordance with HIPAA and other regulations. Assist in ordering supplies and maintaining inventory within the clinical area. Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions, updating physicians accordingly. Provide health education and discharge instructions to patients and families. Ensure proper use of radiation safety equipment and conduct inspections as required. Participate in required training and safety drills to enhance workplace readiness. Adapt to various work assignments and locations as needed within the organization. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as necessary. Qualifications: Associates Degree in Nursing. Active Registered Nurse License in practicing state or compact eligibility. Current ACLS and BLS certifications. Strong written and oral communication skills, bolstered by excellent customer service. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a strong attention to detail. Must pass annual influenza vaccination and relevant PPD tests. A desire for continuous professional improvement and adherence to ethical standards. Preferred Experience: Minimum one year of experience as a Registered Nurse. Experience in a Pain Management practice is advantageous. Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is a plus. Benefits: Competitive pay range of $40.00 to $45.00 per hour.
