Schedule: Mon - Wed or Tue to Thur (7:30 AM - 3:30 PM)
About the Role
We are seeking a qualified, caring, and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join a friendly and supportive private dental practice in Pullman, WA. The practice is committed to delivering exceptional oral healthcare in a welcoming, family-oriented environment where patients feel comfortable and valued.
Both experienced hygienists and new graduates are encouraged to apply if they are passionate about patient care and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and ensure a comfortable, positive experience
- Review dental care plans and address patient questions
- Collect and document medical histories and vital signs
- Perform preliminary oral exams and assess oral health conditions
- Identify signs of gum disease, cavities, or oral infection
- Perform dental cleanings and apply fluoride treatments
Qualifications
- Associate's degree from a CODA-accredited dental hygiene program (Bachelor's or Master's preferred but not required)
- Active Dental Hygienist license
- Strong understanding of HIPAA and dental safety regulations
- Ability to stand for extended periods and bend as needed
