Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 Base + Bonus + Benefits
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Shop Foreman to lead daily operations for a fast-paced sign manufacturing facility in Landover, MD. This role will oversee a 10+ person production team and be responsible for driving productivity, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring on-time delivery across multiple projects.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Shop Foreman to lead daily operations for a fast-paced sign manufacturing facility in Landover, MD. This role will oversee a 10+ person production team and be responsible for driving productivity, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring on-time delivery across multiple projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations
- Coordinate workflow, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet production deadlines
- Supervise fabrication, assembly, and finishing of signage products
- Ensure quality control standards are met across all projects
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient shop environment
- Train, mentor, and develop shop personnel
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and installation teams
- Review shop drawings, work orders, and production schedules
- Troubleshoot production challenges and resolve workflow bottlenecks
- Ensure proper maintenance and operation of shop equipment
- Manage material usage and inventory coordination
- 5+ years of manufacturing facility experience
- 3+ years managing a team/crew
- Skilled trade experience required(sign fabrication, metal fabrication, carpentry, electrical, or related trade)
- Experience managing production teams
- Strong understanding of shop operations and workflow management

- Sign manufacturing experience strongly preferred
- Experience with:
- Metal fabrication

- CNC routers or fabrication equipment

- OSHA / safety knowledge
- Base Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 (Based on Experience)
