Overview of the Collections Specialist Role: As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the collections process. Your key responsibilities will include: Utilizing an online portal to process collections and apply payments. Engaging in in-depth conversations with clients to identify root causes of outstanding balances and offer effective solutions. Collaborating with sales teams and clients to research and resolve issues with overdue accounts. Building and maintaining strong relationships with current clients to facilitate smooth collections. Handling high-volume email correspondence related to collections and account management. Preferred Qualifications for the Collections Specialist: Proven experience in high-volume B2B collections is essential. Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within the role.
