Construction Project Engineer

$80k annually + benefits | Puerto Rico | Full-Time About the Role The Construction Project Engineer owns the job site — from mobilization to closeout. You'll lead field crews, manage subcontractors, and serve as the primary link between the owner, architect, and field team across healthcare, commercial, and institutional projects. What You'll Do Supervise field crews (20+ personnel) and subcontractors daily Develop and maintain project schedules; ensure milestone adherence Lead project meetings with owners, architects, and engineers Manage payroll tracking, daily logs, RFIs, and submittals Perform quantity take-offs and cost estimates for scopes and change orders Enforce quality standards and ensure OSHA compliance on site What We're Looking For 2+ years of hands-on construction project management or field engineering experience Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or equivalent Ability to read and interpret full construction drawings Valid driver's license; willing to travel across Puerto Rico Available for early starts (6:00 AM), extended days, and Saturdays Strong leadership and professional communication skills Bonus Points Experience in healthcare construction (hospitals, dialysis centers, medical offices) PMP certification or equivalent Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, or AI productivity tools JSR Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr JSR Services
