Job Title: Leasing Manager Alaire Apartment Homes has an immediate opening for an experienced Leasing Manager. The Leasing Manager plays a critical role in achieving revenue, occupancy, resident retention, and leasing goals. Responsibilities Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising, sales activities, and leasing team members to achieve revenue and occupancy objectives. Monitor on‑site traffic; oversee day‑to‑day leasing activities; prepare and complete leasing documentation and move‑in procedures. Review and analyze financial, shop, closing‑ratio, and other operational reports to identify and resolve issues impacting leasing performance. Respond to resident and ownership questions and concerns promptly and professionally. Supervise the leasing team, including interviewing, hiring, orienting, training, and performance management. Maintain inventory of ready apartments, set rent pricing and concessions, and develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans. Collaborate with maintenance to ensure community appearance and safety standards are met. Implement and oversee lease renewal programs and resident move‑out processes. Present marketing and leasing strategy results to property owners and business managers. Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Qualifications Previous multi‑family leasing experience; luxury high‑rise experience preferred. Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with Yardi or One Site is desired. Strong communication skills; ability to read, write, and complete legal documentation. Professional demeanor and dress. Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property. Licenses and certifications required by state and local jurisdictions, if applicable. Physical Demands Must be able to stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry, and crawl in confined areas. Capability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Capacity to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance. Potential travel required for training and business meetings.
