What You'll Do

Deliver high-quality nursing care to adult-geriatric patients in a stepdown unit
Participate in patient and family education and support
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain care standards
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient progress and record findings accurately in the EMR (Epic)
Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies
Support leadership duties and coordinate patient care activities

What You Need

Required:

NH Temporary Nurse License or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of relevant nursing experience in stepdown or acute care
Proficiency in Epic EMR system
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

Additional certifications such as BLS or ACLS
Experience with adult and geriatric patient populations
