Receiving Clerk

From inventing and producing parts for next-generation space vehicles to evolving vaccine refrigeration, designing functional textures for everyday products, improving renewable energy technology, and much more, we are focused on making what's next possible.What You'll DoReceive products from vendor deliveries.Unload shipments from delivery truck/container.Compare packing lists to company purchase orders and ensure that the products in each delivery match the packing list.Accurately inspect incoming materials and supplies (qty, PNs, verify that product /material is in good condition).Complete inspections of finished goods in accordance with QMS and all relevant specifications / DWGs.Document inspection results by completing reports and logs; entering data into quality database.Assist the Quality Engineer with the reworking of parts as per specs when required.Maintain receiving records in accordance with Amran procedures.Maintain Incoming Inspections Records in accordance with Amran procedures.Report any receiving discrepancies to Purchasing and/or to the immediate supervisor.Release the receiving items to the appropriate departments.Initiate and maintain positive interaction between quality, production, office personnel, and the warehouse.Maintain a safe and clean work environment.Follow all Amran procedures, practices, rules and safety requirements.Follow Amran guidelines and policies.Perform other related duties as assigned by staff and supervision.What You'll BringHigh school education or equivalent experience1-2 years' experience in warehousingExperience with operating forkliftsAbility to move around the facilityAbility to lift up to 40 pounds.What We ValueGood communication skills and ability to work with others.Good computer skills and ability to use various Microsoft products (e.g. Excel, Access, Word etc…)Equal Opportunity Employer.
