Join the Mosaic Team: Business Process Analyst We are looking for a strategic-minded Business Process Analyst to serve as a vital link between our business goals and operational excellence. As a key leader in driving organizational efficiency, you will act as a strategic partner to our business units. Your work will directly enhance how we support our community by: Leading "as-is" analysis of current workflows and designing efficient "to-be" processes to align with our strategic goals. Utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to foster a culture of continuous improvement and sustainable change. Collaborating Across Teams: Partnering with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure operational workflows meet real-world business needs. Defining and monitoring KPIs to track the tangible impact of your process improvements. Developing training materials and change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new, optimized processes. Experience: At least 3 years in a business process analyst or process improvement role. A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field. Process Mapping Tool Skills: High proficiency in visual process mapping tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro. Superior verbal and written skills, with a proven track record of facilitating workshops and building consensus among diverse stakeholders. Collaborative Bonus: While this is an operations-focused role, a baseline familiarity with project management styles (Agile/Waterfall) or collaborating alongside technical teams is a wonderful plus. Preferred Certifications: Lean, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, or CBAP certifications are highly valued.
