Contractors survey both residential and commercial properties, take photos, obtain property details and assess overall conditions, provide reports in a timely manner, and submit reports online. All survey reports should be submitted through the PC/Desktop and include attachments. Responsibilities Survey residential and commercial properties. Take photos of the property and record property details and overall conditions. Prepare and submit reports in a timely manner with attachments via the designated online system. Qualifications Reliable car for inspections and ability to drive to properties. Microsoft Windows 10 or newer on computer. Smartphone or digital camera. Reliable home internet access.
