PRN Operating Room Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Needed in Pocatello, Idaho

About Your Work: Serve as first or second assist on surgical cases for a variety of surgical procedures across multiple specialties, including general surgery, trauma, orthopedic, neurosurgery, bariatric and other subspecialties as needed. Perform intraoperative technical skills such as suturing, wound closure, and tissue handling. Participate in surgical rounding, documenting and communicating with patient progress. Work closely with surgeons, residents, nursing staff, anesthesiologists and other team members. Support quality improvement initiatives and adherence to clinical protocols. Excellent support staff. Epic EMR. Requirements: Minimum 2 years' surgical experience required.
