Chargeback Data Analyst III

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who possesses strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to interpret complex data sets. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that support key business objectives. Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability Perform in-depth analysis of large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, metrics, and KPIs Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis and visualization Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization based on data analysis Skills, Experience and Requirements Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field or equivalent experience preferred Skills and Qualifications Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python Proven experience working as a Data Analyst or in a similar role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques is desirable but not required Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience working with Chargebacks, Payments, or Fraud is a plus Salary Ranges Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year Benefits We offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: DISH Benefits.
