Travel ER RN Assignment

Travel ER RN assignment in Fairfield, Mount Vernon, and Mount Carmel, IL for 8 weeks. Night shift 3x12 hours, 36 hours per week, up to $61 per hour. Provide emergency nursing care to a wide range of acute conditions in a hospital ED setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide emergency nursing care to patients with acute and emergent conditions
• Perform rapid assessments, triage, and ongoing patient monitoring
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and emergency treatments
• Assist with trauma, cardiac, respiratory, and other critical-care situations
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment and discharge plans
• Follow hospital safety, infection-control, and emergency department protocols

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
• Active Illinois RN license or ability to obtain prior to start
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification

Preferred Skills:

• Current PALS certification
• Current TNCC certification
• Previous Emergency Room or Emergency Department nursing experience
