As the connection between our customers and technicians, you'll play a critical role in ensuring repairs are communicated clearly, jobs move efficiently through the shop, and customers receive exceptional service from start to finish.

- Schedule service appointments and coordinate shop workflow
- Create and communicate repair estimates
- Explain repair recommendations and maintenance needs in customer-friendly language
- Maintain communication with customers throughout the repair process
- Open, manage, and close repair orders accurately
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient job completion
- Monitor work progress and update customers on repair status
- Process invoices and collect payments
- Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records
- Help keep daily shop operations organized and running smoothly
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Service Writer, Customer Service Representative, or similar role
- Diesel, truck, automotive, agricultural equipment, or mechanical industry experience is a plus
- Experience working in a repair shop environment preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using computers, service software, and digital communication tools
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Professional attitude and positive team mindset
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers
