Email Marketing & CRM Manager Location: Northwest Houston, TX 77070 | 100% Onsite Employment Type: Full-Time | Exempt Reports To: Senior Copywriter Join Our Marketing Team! SynergenX is looking for an Email Marketing & CRM Manager who loves combining creativity, strategy, technology, and data to create meaningful customer and patient experiences. If you enjoy building email campaigns, creating automated journeys, analyzing performance data, and finding new ways to connect with audiences, this could be a great fit for you! In this role, you’ll take ownership of our email marketing and HubSpot strategy across the customer and patient journey. You’ll have the opportunity to build campaigns from the ground up, develop automated workflows, create targeted audiences, write engaging communications, and continuously improve performance through testing and analytics. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both developing the strategy and bringing it to life. Onsite Work Requirement Due to business and operating requirements, this position is 100% onsite at our Northwest Houston corporate office in the 77070 ZIP code. Remote work is not available. Relocation or relocation assistance is not available. The ability to work onsite is an essential function of this position. What You’ll Be Doing Develop and execute email marketing strategies across SynergenX brands, services, and patient/customer lifecycle stages. Build engaging campaigns focused on lead generation, appointment conversion, patient retention, reactivation, referrals, and education. Create and manage email marketing calendars around promotions, service launches, seasonal campaigns, and company initiatives. Write clear, engaging email communications and calls-to-action. Build targeted nurture and follow-up campaigns for leads and patients at different stages of their journey. Create multi-step automated customer and patient journeys in HubSpot. Manage HubSpot workflows, lists, segmentation, campaigns, automation, and reporting. Develop audience segments based on demographics, location, service interest, engagement, appointment activity, and behavior. Maintain lifecycle stages, contact properties, workflow logic, suppression rules, and audience criteria. Identify opportunities to automate manual marketing processes and improve efficiency. Partner with Marketing, Creative, Operations, Sales/Call Center, Data, and IT teams. Monitor campaign and workflow performance and troubleshoot issues when needed. Establish and track email marketing and lifecycle KPIs. Test subject lines, messaging, creative, offers, timing, audiences, and calls-to-action to continuously improve results. Maintain organized HubSpot campaign documentation, workflows, naming conventions, and audience definitions. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience, including workflows, email campaigns, lists, segmentation, automation, and reporting. Experience in email marketing, CRM marketing, lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, or a similar role. Experience building multi-step nurture campaigns and automated customer journeys. Strong understanding of customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing. Strong writing and communication skills. Comfortable analyzing campaign performance and using data to improve results. Ability to think strategically while also personally building and executing campaigns. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments. Technical Skills Hands-on experience with: HubSpot CRM and marketing automation platforms Email marketing tools Marketing analytics and reporting dashboards Audience segmentation and data management Microsoft Office Google Workspace Adobe Photoshop HTML experience is preferred.
