Receiving Department Position in Willowbrook
1st shift- 8:00am-4:30pm Pay rate $17
Seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Receiving Associate to join our Willowbrook team. This role is responsible for managing incoming shipments, verifying inventory accuracy, and ensuring all golf equipment components are properly received, documented, and distributed to the appropriate departments.
This position plays a critical role in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our custom club-building operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments of golf equipment and components
- Verify quantities and product quality against purchase orders and packing slips
- Accurately enter received inventory into internal systems
- Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations
- Distribute components to club builders and fitting staff as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized receiving area
- Assist with inventory counts, audits, and discrepancy resolution
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding damaged or missing items
Qualifications
- Previous experience in receiving, warehouse, or inventory management preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively
