First Impression Specialist Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 20.00 to $ 21.00 / hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:45am to 04:30pm) Be the primary point of contact, warmly greeting all visitors and making a lasting positive first impression for the organization Deliver outstanding support on all incoming calls, expertly assisting with inquiries Efficiently and accurately process all incoming mail, outgoing correspondence, and return mail, ensuring timely delivery and proper handling Provide comprehensive administrative support to our Leadership team, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements Actively contribute to our commitment to community involvement by assisting with programs for the WY Delta Dental Foundation as necessary First Impression Specialist Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent 1-3 years of experience Exceptional customer service skills with proven experience Solid administrative support experience, including managing correspondence, scheduling, and general office upkeep Ability to provide comprehensive executive-level administrative assistance, including travel coordination Excellent verbal and written communication skills High level of professionalism, enthusiasm, and meticulous attention to detail Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage diverse responsibilities effectively Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment *A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
