Payment Operations Specialist

Supporting daily payment operations, the full-time Payment Operations Specialist will manage chargeback and PayPal dispute workflows, investigate payment inquiries, and analyze payment data in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Support chargeback and PayPal dispute workflows, including case review and evidence gathering Monitor chargeback volumes and analyze disputes by reason code, product, and geography Track authorization approval and decline rates, investigating discrepancies across processors and payment methods Required qualifications 1+ years of experience in payment operations, chargebacks, or related fields Basic understanding of card payments, payment processors, and the chargeback lifecycle Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and reporting tools Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks accurately Willingness to work a schedule that includes weekends
