MRI Technologist - Full-Time

Role: MRI Technologist responsible for performing high-quality MRI procedures in a hospital setting. Key Responsibilities Perform MRI scans efficiently, ensuring proper patient positioning, coil selection, and adherence to protocols. Identify patients accurately, communicate about safety, and obtain necessary clinical history and consent. Prepare the scan room, maintain cleanliness, and manage supplies and contrast materials within scope. Implement emergency procedures when needed and ensure safety protocols are followed. Accurately document procedures and data, perform quality control on equipment, and stay updated on departmental changes. Provide clinical instruction to staff and students, and assist in scheduling and workflow coordination. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program. At least 1 year of MRI technologist experience or completion of an MRI clinical rotation. ARRT registration in Radiology & MRI, or ARMRIT certification. Current BLS certification preferred; required within 3 months of hire. Skills & Abilities: Strong attention to detail, knowledge of imaging protocols, patient safety, effective communication, and teamwork in a clinical environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
