Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care for surgical patients in a 16-suite operating room environment.
• Manage surgical cases including General, ENT, Neuro, Spine, Ortho, and Robotics.
• Ensure patient safety and adherence to clinical standards during procedures.
• Participate in rotating call duties and demonstrate efficiency in a high-volume setting.
• Coordinate with charge nurses and adhere to Epic charting systems.
• Assist in trauma and neuro surgeries as required, ensuring rapid response times.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure with eligibility to work in Colorado.
• Minimum of two years operating room experience, including trauma and neuro.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Experience with Epic EMR preferred.
• Ability to work 3x12 day shifts and participate in 120-hour call rotations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
