The Foreman Carpenter will oversee residential construction projects at a primary job site, coordinating a crew of 1–5 workers while managing materials, maintaining quality standards, and performing carpentry work. This position reports to the Owner or General Contractor.

 

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily carpentry and construction activities on residential projects.
• Manage material needs and organization at the job site.
• Perform carpentry work as needed to support project progress.
• Monitor workmanship and maintain quality control standards.

 

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in carpentry and construction supervision.
• Completion of a carpentry or construction trade program.
