Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18–$25 per hour, based on experience
Work Location: In person
Primary Location: Carol Stream, IL / Chicagoland job sites

Compensation:

$18 - $25 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain ponds, waterfalls, and other water features to enhance outdoor spaces.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
• Conduct routine inspections and perform necessary repairs to keep water features in optimal condition.
• Assist in the design and layout of new water features, contributing creative ideas and solutions.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely and efficiently to ensure quality workmanship.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and others.

Qualifications:

• Experience in pond maintenance, landscaping, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, pumps, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Proven track record of working effectively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and identify solutions.
• Excellent customer service skills to address questions and concerns professionally.
• Capability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving equipment, in various weather conditions.
• Attention to detail in maintaining and inspecting pond equipment and water features for optimal performance.
