A highly respected, nonprofit health system in Southwest Florida is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Urologist to join its growing, collaborative urology practice.

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of an established team of eight urologists with diverse clinical expertise and a shared commitment to providing exceptional, patient-centered care.

Clinical Practice

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to treat a broad range of urologic conditions, including:

• Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH)
• Kidney stones
• Urinary incontinence
• Urologic oncology
• Erectile dysfunction
• General adult urology

 

Practice & Call Structure

The practice currently operates across four outpatient locations throughout Southwest Florida, providing physicians with flexibility and access to a large patient population.

Physicians are supported by:

• Experienced advanced practice providers
• Dedicated clinical and administrative staff
• Integrated electronic medical records
• Epic EHR
• Integrated dictation technology
• APP-supported weekend call coverage
• Approximately 1:7 weekend call rotation

The practice places a strong emphasis on physician collaboration, communication, mentorship, and shared success.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
• Comfortable practicing in a collaborative, team-based environment
• Interested in both outpatient and surgical urology
• Open to participating in a shared call model
• Interested in developing a long-term career within a growing healthcare system
