Production Artist

Join our team in Cincinnati! Medpace is a contract research organization (CRO) with a mission to advance new and better medical treatments that improve lives. As our creative services expand, we are seeking recent graduates and experienced designers who can apply their layout and design skills to diverse projects. Responsibilities Design and format clinical study materials (e.g., worksheets, informational cards, questionnaires) for patients, caregivers, research site staff, and physicians Incorporate amendments and translations into existing documents using Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Microsoft Word Manage translations to deliver high-quality materials around the globe Keep study teams informed by tracking study materials for regulatory submission; review study materials to ensure they reflect source documentation Skills and Characteristics Enjoy applying your skills in design, writing, editing, communication, and organization to diverse projects Embrace new projects and prioritize requests in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment Desire to become an expert in how translations affect design and layout Qualifications Willing to work fully office‑based Bachelor’s degree (design‑related degree or design experience preferred) Significant experience with file structure and file management Advanced knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, including applying styles and using templates Benefits Competitive PTO packages, starting at 20+ days Competitive compensation and benefits package Company-sponsored employee appreciation events Employee health and wellness initiatives Community involvement with local nonprofit organizations Discounts on local sports games, fitness gyms and attractions Modern, eco‑friendly campus with an on‑site fitness center Structured career paths with opportunities for professional growth Discounted tuition for UC online programs What To Expect Next A Medpace team member will review your qualifications and, if interested, you will be contacted with details for next steps. #J-18808-Ljbffr Medpace
