We are hiring Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per-Diem Caregivers to join our assisted living team.

Available Shifts

·         7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

·         3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

·         11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

We are looking for team members who can provide consistent availability for the assigned shift. Full-time and part-time employees may have a regular, consistent schedule, while per-diem opportunities are available for those seeking additional flexibility.

What You’ll Do

This is an assisted living caregiver position where you will support multiple residents throughout your assigned shift. Caregivers may be responsible for approximately 8–10 residents at a time, depending on resident needs and the assignment. Responsibilities may vary throughout the shift.

As a Caregiver, you’ll support residents with daily living activities such as:

·         Assisting with transfers and mobility (bed to chair, walker, etc.)

·         Providing personal care, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming

·         Preparing and assisting with meals and snacks

·         Performing light housekeeping, including laundry, vacuuming, dishes, and changing bed linens

·         Offering medication reminders

·         Accompanying residents to appointments or activities, as assigned

·         Assisting with prescribed exercises or range-of-motion activities, as applicable

·         Providing companionship and engagement through conversation, music, reading, or walks

·         Supporting residents with dementia or cognitive challenges

·         Monitoring resident needs and reporting changes or concerns to the appropriate supervisor or nursing staff

·         Following resident care plans, safety procedures, and assigned responsibilities

·         Working collaboratively with other caregivers and staff to provide consistent resident care

What You’ll Need

·         High school diploma or GED preferred

·         Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and safely perform the physical requirements of the position

·         Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English

·         Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance when driving is required for the position

·         Must pass a background check

·         CNA license or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification preferred

·         Ability to work effectively with multiple residents and prioritize tasks throughout the assigned shift

·   Reliable attendance and commitment to maintaining a consistent work schedule
