Network AdministratorProvide daily production support and assist in the implementation of the Authority’s data-communication strategy, including the coordination, movement, placement, and installation of data communications. Contributing to the efficient operation of the Authority’s Data-Communications network by monitoring activity to ensure timely identification of problems. Identifying and resolving common hardware problems through individual repair effort on connectors and/or cables; by installing, maintaining, configuring, and troubleshooting network backbone hardware such as router, switches and Wireless and working with limited supervision by ensuring a stable and consistent data-communications environment and be able to be on call. Assess and identify security threats and vulnerabilities across the enterprise, and provide recommended remediation, reporting and analysis to appropriate teams. Identify emerging networking and security solutions and perform technical evaluations of products.Four (4) years of experience in data communications configuration, maintenance, and repair. Knowledge of BGP, OSPF, ISIS, routing and MPLS configurations. Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers and WIFI Access Points. Samprasoft
