We're hiring an experienced Assembler to build complex electromechanical products consisting of approximately 100 individual components. This role requires both mechanical and electrical assembly experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work from blueprints and schematics.
Responsibilities

• Assemble products and subassemblies using drawings, schematics, and work instructions
• Perform electrical and mechanical assembly
• Troubleshoot, test, and inspect completed products
• Read blueprints and technical drawings
• Identify and isolate quality issues
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Support continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• 2+ years of assembly experience
• Electrical and mechanical assembly experience
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawings
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Troubleshooting and repair experience
• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred

• Electromechanical certification
• Experience with complex assemblies
• Lean manufacturing experience

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally
• Stand, bend, reach, and walk throughout the shift
• Perform detailed assembly and inspection work

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oakland Park, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
