Preferred Background and Credentials:

• Valid Texas SLP license or eligibility (CCC or CFY both welcome)
• Experience in a school setting preferred, working with diverse student populations
• Proficiency in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other service providers
• Adaptability to dynamic school environments and varying caseload needs

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver speech and language services to K-12 students, supporting their academic and social-emotional growth
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and track progress on goals
• Consult and coordinate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support each student’s success
• Maintain thorough records and contribute to IEP meetings as needed
• Foster a positive and encouraging therapeutic environment
