Data Science Specialist, Executive Presentation Review

Role Overview

Transform complex data into clear, persuasive executive presentations and analytical reports while contributing real-world expertise that helps train next-generation AI systems. This role focuses on improving the clarity, visual consistency, and business impact of data-driven materials for a customer project. Prior AI experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconstruct, redesign, and enhance data-driven Microsoft PowerPoint presentations for clarity and visual consistency.
• Create visualizations that turn complex data into accessible insights for varied audiences.
• Edit presentation content for accuracy, flow, and narrative impact.
• Use data analysis and statistical reasoning to interpret datasets and develop actionable conclusions for presentation materials.
• Produce analytics reports that communicate findings, trends, and recommendations with precision.
• Review and refine existing slides and reports using data-visualization and presentation-design best practices.
• Participate in iterative feedback cycles to improve deliverables in line with project requirements.

Qualifications

• Expert-level Microsoft PowerPoint skills, supported by a portfolio demonstrating slide reconstruction and advanced presentation design.
• Ability to distill complex datasets into accessible, business-oriented visual insights.
• Experience editing content, developing data stories, and producing analytics reports for diverse stakeholders.
• Strong critical-thinking skills and exceptional attention to detail across quantitative and qualitative work.
• Clear, concise written communication and the ability to craft engaging narratives.
• Background in data science, analytics, statistics, or a related field. Consulting experience is a plus.
• Comfort working remotely in a collaborative setting with evolving requirements and iterative feedback.

Work Terms

• Independent contractor engagement.
• Remote role open to candidates located in the United States, United Kingdom, or Canada.

Compensation

$150 to $350 per hour.
