To support a comprehensive Internal Medicine team, the full-time North Dakota Licensed RN will coordinate patient care, conduct assessments, and collaborate with healthcare providers while working remotely after an initial in-clinic orientation, residing within 60 miles of Bismarck, ND. Key responsibilities Coordinate care across specialty and primary care teams to ensure a positive patient experience Conduct patient assessments, education, and triage, implementing nursing interventions as needed Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical protocols and quality standards Required qualifications Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in North Dakota or possesses multistate licensure if applicable Must obtain and maintain required department-specific licensure, competencies, and certifications Experience in nursing practice is preferred and may influence wage range
