We are seeking an experienced, hands-on General Manager to lead one of our IHG limited-service hotels in a rapidly expanding, high-demand market. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven hospitality leader who thrives on building strong teams, delivering memorable guest experiences, and maximizing hotel performance.

Your Day-to-Day

• Lead overall hotel operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Guest Services
• Drive guest satisfaction scores, brand compliance, and service excellence
• Recruit, train, coach, and inspire a high-performing team culture
• Manage labor, forecasting and performance
• Maximize revenue through strong rate strategy, cost control, and local market awareness
• Ensure compliance with all IHG brand standards, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Act as the hotel’s ambassador in the community and local market

What We’re Looking For

• Proven General Manager or senior hotel leadership experience (limited-service preferred)
• Strong knowledge of IHG systems, including Opera, Merlin, N2 pricing, brand standards, and brand culture (preferred)
• A hands-on, visible leader who leads by example
• Passion for guest service and team development
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing market
