**Required Experience and Qualifications:** - Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and ability to work independently. - Ability to work in stressful environments. **Licensure and Certifications:** - License Verification through Nursys. - Specific checklist and testing related to Ascension, such as Pharmacology Exam, EKG Exam, and Cerner Test-Out, required for onboarding. - Professional and personal health history documentation for onboarding. **Professional and Clinical Skills:** - Ability to coordinate patient care effectively. - Skills oversee maternal/fetal monitoring, pain management, and delivery assistance in Labor and Delivery unit. **Onboarding Requirements:** - Completeness of various health vaccinations and screenings (COVID-19 Vaccine, MMR, Varicella, etc.). - Ascension specific documentation and reference checks for professional validation.
