Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field required
• Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Prior experience in school-based settings preferred but not mandatory
• Strong understanding of K-12 developmental milestones and IEP process
• Comfortable managing a diverse caseload spanning elementary, middle, and high school students
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Screen, assess, and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement tailored intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary student support teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and complete progress reports in a timely manner
• Offer resources, strategies, and education to teachers and families to maximize student achievement
